Recruitment for 2018-2019: All Black Julian Savea signs for Toulon!

One of the rising stars in world rugby union joins Rugby Club Toulonnais for the next two seasons.
Wing-forward Julian Savea has made 54 appearances with the All Blacks and has scored 46 tries with the New Zealand team. He won the World Cup in 2015 and was the top try-scorer in the tournament – with eight tries in all.
Julian Savea has outstanding physical qualities – 6ft 3in tall, weighing 17st 1lb –, but he is also a quick player, capable of outflanking his opponents, winning duels, catching high balls and creating game. He is a versatile and all-round player and will also be able to play as a centre and add even more strength to the three-quarter back.
He is due to arrive in Toulon in early August 2018, as he will end his Super Rugby season with Hurricanes beforehand.
Welcome to Julian Savea!
