The main reactions after the defeat in Oyonnax

Here are the main reactions of the Toulon and Oyonnax staff and players after the 29-26 defeat against Oyonnax, on Day 21 of the Top 14.
Fabrice Landreau, RCT forwards coach: “We couldn’t control this game and we made too many mistakes. We’re very disappointed and we’ll have to bounce back, as our place in the top six is not secured. Oyonnax took advantage of our errors.”
Anthony Belleau, RCT fly-half: “Oyonnax stuck together and it showed in the last ten minutes of the game. The defeat is hard to take for us. We pick up a bonus point for a narrow defeat, but we can’t take solace for this. We have to take points in every game, if we want to qualify for the knock-out stages. The top spots are difficult to reach and we can’t be satisfied after such a game.”
Adrien Buononato, Oyonnax manager: “We wanted to be up against one of the best teams in the Top 14 and that’s done. We still want to play in the Top 14 next season: this is our fourth win in a row and the players never gave up, even when they were trailing behind. We’re still alive and kicking, but our efforts will only make sense if we stay in the Top 14 at the end of the season.”
