Toulon to play its European Cup quarter-final away against Munster

Round 6 of the European Champions Cup has kept all its promises, with suspense in all the groups.
After their 27-30 defeat against Scarlets, last Saturday, Toulon knew they would have to play their quarter-final away. But they had to wait for Sunday’s results to know the team they will face. After Racing 92’s narrow victory against Leicester and Ulster’s defeat against Wasps, Toulon qualified as one of the three best second-placed teams. This means we will face Munster, the team ranked third, who earned victory with a bonus point against Castres.
Toulon will thus play at Thomond Park, one of the strongholds of Irish rugby union, for what promises to be a superb European Cup game.
The European Cup quarter-finals will be played on March 31st and April 1st. Here is the line-up:
Leicester v Saracens
Scarlets v La Rochelle
Munster v Toulon
Clermont v Racing 92
Should they qualify for the semi-finals, Toulon will face the winner of Clermont v Racing 92.
