A very narrow defeat in Llanelli

 
Our men in red and black lost by just one point away at Scarlets, last Sunday afternoon, on Day 4 of the European Champions Cup.
 
The 22-21 defeat comes after Leigh Halfpenny unfortunately missed a very difficult last-minute penalty, 50 metres from the posts and in the corner. He couldn’t get over this when the final whistle was blown. This setback dents our hopes to qualify for the quarter-finals of the competition.

The Toulon players, who are to fly back home this evening, will have to get back into competition mode very quickly, as they play an away game in Montpellier on Friday, December 21^st, at 9 p.m., in the Top 14, this time.
