So close and, yet, so far

Rugby Club Toulonnais lost by a single point against Munster, at Thomond Park, last Saturday, in the Champions Cup quarter-final.
The 20-19 defeat was utterly disappointing, given the way our men in red and black played against the Irish team.
Toulon were trailing 10-6 at half-time, but they took the lead in the second half thanks to a try by Chris Ashton at the 65th minute – his 39th try in the competition.
But, thanks to a try by Conway, at the 75th minute, the Munstermen leapt ahead. In the last minutes, Mathieu Bastareaud’s team-mates could not turn the game around, despite a final ball possession that ended with a penalty for Munster.
Toulon can have regrets after this game, as they were very close to winning it.
